Have you checked on the technical requirements to connect to SL. Try another computer, make sure your computer has what it's recommended... we are going to be streaming our encounters so at least you can follow and use the chat... but don't lose heart. I will ask other members to see if we can help you.

Did you download the viewer? here there are some tutorials.. http://doris3meflcenterenglishforwork.blogspot.com/2011/11/tutorial-on-how-to-get-started-in.html try that and let me know how it went... :) and breath slowly and try again.. Keep on shining love and peace... imagine you are learning to drive a car for the first time.
