An EVO sessions (#2013evo) workshop for video productions of language learning conversations in Second Life
Second Life experience is required.
Kick-off meeting is on Sunday, 13 Jan at 7pm GMT on EduNation Machinima Platform.
MachinEVO is pleased to welcome you all to the adventure of making films in a virtual world. We'll be creating Machinimas as a tool to enhance our language classes. "Machinima" is a neologism based on the phrase machine cinema. The term is used to distinguish between traditional animation techniques (which use specialized 3D animation software) and animation projects that record the action in real-time interactive 3D environments, such as single-player video games or Second Life.
We'll be getting together in SL and we'll be discussing in our forums.
